Note the California and Nevada clusters are joining up, and Arizona is also a problem area - get not so much your kicks, but certainly your bargain properties on Route 66. Michigan isn't going down as fast as it was, but Florida continues to be problematic, and Northern Colorado is a new hot spot.

Since GSE is the hottest thing in town, didn't they had a big contribution to this bubble? I think so
